Greetings, My name is Garrett Henkelman, I am looking to make a career change and explore my options outside of retail. In my search I have come to the conclusion that a role in account management would be a great fit for my skill set; having many years of customer service experience and knowledge of the sales process. I would like to take this time to give you a brief overview of my work and skills. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from East Texas Baptist University with an emphasis in Marketing. While in school, I gained experience in project management and effectively using time constraints. Other key skills that I possess include sales and customer service as well as a firm grasp of all Microsoft Office products. My work experience has been concentrated in customer service and sales; while working in wireless sales I have gleaned new ways of multitasking, and quickly adapting to new technology and procedures. Sales have also provided me the opportunity to refine my communication skills both verbal and written.
