HSE Engineer with expertise of drilling and completion of wells. My duties extends to managing, documenting, certifying and guiding personnel safety towards "goal zero." Expertise also extends to maximizing energy production in only the safest possible working environments. This is achieved through development and implementation of continued uncompromising compliance between the Operators, crews (including third parties) and governmental regulating bodies. I am responsible for all safety meetings, conducting Risk Analysis before the start of operations and implementation of proven mitigation measures such as Process Safety and Behavioral Based Safety I am certified in Incident Investigation by means of Root Cause Analysis in the event incident, accidentthrough root cause analysis. As the Site Safety Supervisor it has been my duty to audit the entire drilling facility, ensure that personnel are meeting required certifications as it relates to the position they hold, and quality control by ensuring proper working order of all equipment through documentation. My position requires that I maintain strong relations with the Site Well Leads or Operators of each site, as well as each individual person on the drilling structure through constant communication. I am extremely knowledgeable of HSE Site Supervision as it relates to all drilling structures rather it be jack-up rigs, semisubmersible and drill ships including having a strong marine background when upon drill ships. By communicating with all departments of each structure, it allows me to be proactive toward the health, safety and environmental matters of daily operations of personnel, instead of reactive.
