In my current assignment, I have been charged with ensuring that within the existing Infrastructure of the Bank and under compliance within Enhanced Prudential Standards - EPS, that all affiliates of the bank have cross entity access to all banking systems. In promotion of consolidate reporting, each affiliate holds the responsibility of their client data by organization, by product and prior to submission, it must be validated. Under the Cross Entity Project, Project Management has the role of coordinator in ensuring that all identified members are given system/application access. Meeting arrangements and relevant data sharing are included. It is the responsibility of the coordinator, the project manager to serve as the liaison between the business line and information technology to meet the designated deadline for compliance in support of Regulatory Reporting.
