o Provide primary administrative support for the Master�s degree program in Special Education initial licensure in Special Education, Reading, contract programs, and non-credit programs
o Maintain a proactive customer service orientation for the first-line communication while interacting with students and faculty, colleagues, and general public that includes center visits, email, telephone calls, and fax to answer questions and address concerns.
o Assist with scheduling classes, draft outline correspondence, and communicate relevant program and other administrative information to client groups, including students, instructors, school administrators; respond to inquires from the general public. Preparation of reports, data gathering, and recommendations regarding the scheduling of classes, student enrollment, and faculty evaluations.

This process includes sending marketing materials, scheduling appointments for prospective students with the Program Directors, and entering information into the UVA student database.
o Maintain course and student files to ensure compliance with SACS Accreditation Regulations, FERPA, and other important criteria daily.
o Selected, scheduled, and facilitated short courses for faculty and staff as a member of the Employee Development Committee for the past two years.
o Experience in working in proprietary education settings and took on additional responsibilities as the center director�s assistant from time to time.
