Duties included the overall operation of stores ranging in overall sales volume from 1.8 to 10 Million. I have successfully opened new stores including recruiting, hiring and training all associates. Merchandising product to drive the business. Was a District Trainer in Credit Cards, Backroom Processing and Customer Service. Worked on outside project to include Education program with High Schools in Employment tools. Received recognition for achievement Sales, Loss Prevention, Credit Card activations and Customer Service.
