Sales Manager
My primary objective is to find a company willing to capitalize and expand on my diverse Customer Service skills. As a Sales Rep, Store Manager, and Regional Manager my #1 goal has always been Customer Service. Without the customer there is no business. Providing excellent service to the customer creates the probability of a customer returning and perhaps more importantly the referrals in which they bring. Overall my attention to the customer and my team has been the key to not only my success but my team’s success in sales. Walt Disney phrased it best when he said, “Do what you do so well that they come to see you again and bring their friends.” Within my various managerial roles I have a proven my ability to train the Customer Service philosophy to my team while building a morale amongst the team which increases retention, sales, and the bottom line.
