I am chocolate in colour; my height is 5.8 ft and I weigh 82 kg. I have a Diploma in sales and marketing. Since May 11th 2005, I have been a sales executive with PZ Cussons Limited in Lake Zone. Ever since I joined PC Cussons limited, the company’s performance in Hair care products and soaps improved drastically compared to the previous years and I have been a front runner in the campaign for the product availability. There after I joined Serengeti Breweries limited as a customer relations representative in Mara Region. When I joined Serengeti Breweries, the Mara market was down but after three months the performance changed from 21000 cases per month to 36560 cases per month, representing 57.4% rise in sales. This put me in a new eye. This also stirred me to press on as for last financial year the target for Beer was 530252 and I managed to get 507237 cases which represented a 95% achievement of the annual target. I have not only been competent in sales and marketing but also a reliable & remarkable in Lake Zone market since I joined Serengeti Breweries Limited in May 2011. Within the Three years that I have worked at Serengeti Breweries Limited as Customer Relations representative in Mara, I have advanced through the ranks and files to become the best customer relationship builder in Tanzania that was awarded in a sales meeting in Arusha in April 2012 and also I was nominated as Area sales manager for Mara and Simiyu since July 2012 to date. For me, this is just but the peak of Mt. Meru, the peaks of Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Everest still await! I would however want to scale new heights, face new challenges and find opportunities to advance my career. This is the only major impetus that pushes me to apply for this position in your company. It is indisputable company is a reputable all over the Country and it’s every competent person’s dream to work and identify with it. I know quite well that this opportunity comes with a whole lot of new challenges but I do not doubt that at the same time it is going to open up new horizons for me. I am optimistic that if given the privilege, I will deliver beyond the expectations of the employer. I will make sure that I deliver and give out big results in 6 months; also I will try to make Tecno among the big phone selling in the country. My supervisors always rank my work as excellent and they have constantly referred to me as intelligent! My integrity is unquestionable and my hardworking character leaves many puzzled!
