Senior Trainer
I am a trainer with extensive experience in training end users and other trainers. I have worked as lead trainer for a training team, conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions and end user training, including scripting eLearning lessons and developing a training manual. My main focus is end user training with experience in one-on-one training with users and group setting training. I have also participated in webx training sessions. My main strength is being able to communicate with users with so that they are able to understand the information being given.
