Experience Summary: * Develop program documentation to include Fixed Facility Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Action Plan, Integrated Security Assessment Program Instruction. Update annually as required or as changes occur. * Planning and preparation for government on-site inspections. * Conduct and document annual self inspections * Personnel security processing, i.e., SF86 (e-QIP), fingerprint cards, etc., prepare, review and submit personnel security clearance requests * Conduct initial security briefings/SCI indoctrination and debrief personnel when access is no longer required (i.e., leaving the company.) Prepare and maintain personnel security files. * Create, establish, and conduct annual security education and training in compliance with the government agencies. Interface with external/internal customers to provide required documentation and proper security classifications in compliance with established program security plans and customer directives. Prepare/issue a Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) that specifies security requirements and procedures for handling and protecting classified materials received and/or generated during the execution of a classified contract. Interrupt the security requirements from a DD Form 254. Establish and maintain a document control system. Compliance with accounting and control requirements for classified material including: receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and disposition. Properly handle classified documents and media entering or exiting a secure facility. Accountability of incoming/outgoing classified material specifically include local area courier, receipt, distribution, transfer, proper packaging, shipping, tracking and destruction of material in accordance with government directives and procedures. Establish visitor control procedures for cleared and uncleared personnel. Maintain Incoming/outgoing visitor access request (VARs) for employees and visitors. Develop Open/Close procedures for secure or restricted work areas to include daily checklist, set alarms, and train authorized personnel how to open and close. Maintain required documentation in accordance with government regulations. Create and maintain personnel security records. Investigate and review all known security violations, and recommend corrective actions. * Implement visitor control procedures in coordination with other on-site security control staff/guards. * Establish procedures for classified incoming and outgoing facsimiles. * Maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation paperwork and documentation * Set and maintain safe and cipher lock combos * Start up and shut down of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) ACCOMPLISHMENTS Security * Designed and implemented databases for all security processes to include: personnel security records, facility clearance requirements, incoming and outgoing visit requests, control and accountability of classified documents. * Security databases serve as a tool to aid in the performance and accountability of security management, personnel, property management (equipment) which has resulted in outstanding government inspections.
