I am an experienced corporate and military professional with extensive skills in developing and managing technical and operational training programs and new equipment materials fielding’s. My background includes more than 20-years of developing, coordinating, and implementing training and fielding programs. My education and training, together with my professional background, have served to help make me a highly effective manager of acquisition and logistic support operations. My approach to this work includes both classroom and on-the-job training. I am proficient at leading and motivating people. I have created and implemented training program and contract requirements in such diverse areas of advanced electronic surveillance systems, and information technology systems comprised of hardware and software with emphasis to utilize “train the trainer” concept for individuals and teams requiring specialized training.
