Description
Aaron Sachs & Associates, Law Firm, Auto, Workman's Compensation and Premises Liability Call Center Intake Supervisor, managing an Intake Team of six Intake Coordinators and three in the field Investigative Client Relations personnel. The Call Center receives all inbound calls for the law firm located in 2 geographic locations. Responsible for training, scheduling, call monitoring, feedback and coaching of all personnel. This includes, asking relative questions to qualify leads for an attorney consolation. This also includes after hours coverage including weekends.
