My background has been within the Technical Operations Support, building security in the Telecom field with extensive experience in Network & Switch / operations management /project management and recently as a Tier II Support Manager for Verizon & Fairpoint. I have 40 years of experience performing management task. Throughout my career my drive and natural affinity for industry knowledge and continuous improvement have allowed me to stay current with technology, persist to advance professionally while effectively working with both internal and field associates, vendors and customers. I am a manager who truly leads by example and believes in measuring performance by results. It is my goal to continue to grow professionally and personally in order to achieve my highest potential. In this last role, I Supported the Switch Network in a TIER II Support Manager Capacity. • I feel that my managerial experiences have enabled me to deal effectively with people and have prepared me to be a competitive individual who believes in measuring performance by results and would be an asset in this role.
