Technical Trainer/Hardware Support Specialist
My work experience listed on this resume includes only worked performed in the MIS/IT field. I have worked in the MIS/IT field since 1992. My experience encompasses multiple platforms. I am well versed in IBM hardware and the operating systems that are supported, as well and some no longer supported under the current hardware offerings. I have worked in the support and training of these products and their most efficient and effective use. I currently hold engineering certifications in Novell and Microsoft operating systems. I also have my MCT Certification, Microsoft Certified Trainer, for Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, and my CTT+, Comp Tia Certificated Technical Trainer, certification which is the highest certification level offered for a technical trainer. My goal is to place myself in an aggressive position where I can utilize and leverage my technical skills, and also draw off of my previous business experiences. I am also extremely interested in continuing my technical education in an effort to remain current and increase my overall value to the company.
