To Whom It May Concern: I worked at Fairpoint’s Regional Operations Center (ROC) .On Holt ave in Manchester from 9/08 to 9/10. I tested and provisioned and tested new and in service circuits. In the last year of my career, I was the quality validation person for the new equipment installed in the switch and facility areas. Manchester NH is the AT&T switch office for northern New England. I also helped test and turn up an ALCATEL 1631 SX in Manchester and Lawrence. This is a DACS IV. On a daily basis, I did trouble shooting DACSII, DACSIII, and DACSIV equipment. I performed as needed testing and turning up of new T3’s. For four months, I did T1, T3. OC3, OC12, and OC48 testing and turn up for SDT, a subcontractor of AT&T.
