Risk & Fidelity Evaluation Technique given Vibration test equipment, test articles, and profile schedule. Psychrometric cycle mapping to identify critical scope verification zones for automotive and ground vehicle systems. Increased test equipment utilization by adding second shift. Developed integrated training plan and quality assurance framework for operations. Risk register development including contingency plans for testing at outside vendors. Project Engineer and lead for highest power hybrid vehicle mounted battery system in prototype 25-ton class vehicle. Dual-mode air/liqiud cooling, battery management system, and reconfigurable to support directed energy mission packages. Trained over 600 "competent persons" for work in hazardous voltage work environments. Developed incident management and response plans for Emergency Response Team. Formulated training team plans, drills, and coordination with local first responders. Developed direct liquid cooling technology for high power advanced battery module systems to increase RMS power capability by up to 40%.
