Director Human Resources
Manages the overall function of the Human Resources Department to include: employment practices, employee relations, wage and salary planning and administration, coordination of benefits program, management development, and establishing and maintaining human resources policies and procedures. Reports to Chief Executive Officer. Participates as a member of the key management. Provides direction to all managers regarding management of human resources. Extends job offers on behalf of the company.
