Description
I have 11+ years of experience supporting a variety of enterprise-class IT systems on numerous platforms, primarily as the principal escalation point for technical and service issues involving Data Centers and Web Hosting customers. I also acted as the main liaison between the Web Hosting Organization and all other internal support organizations at Verizon Business, including cross-training personnel and authoring nearly all inter-operability documentation. I am currently preparing to earn my CISSP certification and expect to complete the process within the next month.
