I aim to work as an HRM consultant and help organizations in designing and implementing HR strategies. I have an educational background in management psychology, international law and business and more than 10 years of work experience with governmental, intergovernmental and private organizations. The areas of my expertise include recruitment, training (design and implementation of in-house training programs and cooperation with training companies providing training), design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits, performance appraisal systems. During my work I have created detailed job descriptions in my last position as a head of HR at a commercial bank in Armenia, held several surveys on benchmarking performance appraisal systems used by different organizations and leadership development strategies for the IMF in Washington, DC and introduced a leadership development program and innovative recruitment strategies during my work at the Central bank of Armenia. Presently I look forward for some challenging and exciting opportunities with companies and organizations where my expertise may be of help.
