I would like to apply my experience in business-to-business marketing and sales to assist an organization in increasing its sales revenue and growing its market share. Over the past sixteen years, I have purchased five under-performing businesses and significantly turned them around in scope, revenue and profitability. Four of these enterprises provided traditional services to businesses, meaning that much of the growth I generated came from creating new services targeting new market niches. I developed and personally implemented a successful business-to-business marketing plan to insurance agencies. When I purchased three additional franchises, I hired, trained and directed sales representatives who covered four counties. We increased individual franchise sales from threefold to as much as eightfold. I recognized an untapped market opportunity and implement pro-active consulting services to building materials manufacturers.
