I have obtained an Associate’s degree in criminal investigations from the University of Phoenix - July, 2011. By utilizing the investigative applications and 15 years of financial knowledge, my ideal opportunity will be in within the customer service industry. The responsibilities gained from working within the financial field will be utilized in the position by my extensive knowledge in strategic analysis, deductive reasoning, problem solving, and administrative abilities.
