In addition to keeping our clients happy, I was the bridge between corporate and hourly staff. I implemented a 'round table' discussion with a representative of every department where for that afternoon, everyone is equal. We made some great changes and it really helped us grow closer as a company. I also took one of the larger conference rooms repainted it Sage green added low level lighting and 12 massage chairs. This was to become our new break room, destressing room and all around regeneration station. Morale and productivity increased 40%. Everyone claimed to have more energy and less stress anxiety after a half hour in the room.
