PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: XEROX CORPORATION, Rochester, NY Deployment Manager, Software Asset Management Office, Xerox Information Management. 2003 - 2006 Global responsibility for deployment of Corporate asset discovery agent (Eracent) for capture of information about installed internal use software, as well as comparison of that information with purchasing information to determine state of Corporate license compliance. * Deployed software discovery agent to approximately 50,000 PCs & servers world-wide. * Convinced over 50,000 employees to download the discovery agent from a website through communications developed & distributed world-wide ~ an approach necessitated by the lack of a central deployment capability or global IT hardware inventory. * Developed & deployed trouble-shooting methodology for 2000+ employees who encountered difficulties in completing the download. * Developed & deployed techniques for feeding software purchasing information into a parallel database to permit compliance auditing.
