Purchasing Manager, Real Estate & Capital Commodity Team, Global Purchasing Division 1993 - 1997 * Managed team of 5 buyers responsible for purchasing over $300M of maintenance & repair goods & services annually ~ everything from janitorial supplies & cutting oils to office furniture & roofing. * Simultaneously managed a team that developed structural & process changes to improve quality, cost & delivery for over $5 billion of annual non-production purchasing. Our team was instrumental in providing $500 million in savings to P&L over 4 years.
