Description
Responsible for managing overall HR office integrity. Schedule interviews host and liaise job fairs and recruitment metrics. Assist department managers and support staff with employee relations. Order office supplies provide recruiting assistance by maintaining job descriptions and postings. Liaise and oversee the processing of new hire paperwork and orientation. Maintain and update Employee Life Cycle changes. Verify I-9 documentation for accuracy. Maintain all employee files both tangible and electronically. Strong qualifications developed over 8 years of Corporate Human Resources demonstrated organizational analytical communication and customer service skills. Initiate employee performance initiatives to achieve optimal service delivery. Ability to work with a diverse staff. HR catalyst adept at fostering an environment of teamwork (project management with deliverables) while admonishing best practices.
