Hands on Telecommunications Manager Are your telecommunications solutions being managed to meet your organizational requirements and the needs your customers? Are new programs and technologies rolled out efficiently and effectively to help improve voice and data communications throughout your system? I directed complex, multi-site operations, successfully managing all operational aspects of telecom systems and networks. This included optimizing existing systems, as well as evaluating and migrating to new ones. My skills include analysis, project management, systems design, testing, negotiations, vendor management and managing call center needs. In addition, I led business recovery and continuity programs. Using these, I deployed projects that saved tens of thousands and also oversaw call center telecom operations. Titles I have held include Assistant VP & Telecommunications Manager and Telecommunications Manager. I now look forward to my next position, one that will allow me to contribute at a high level.
