Senior Human Resource Executive - 15 years experience

I have more than fifteen years of management, legal and human resources experience. I have served as the Human Resources Executive as a business partner, internal consultant and advisor to the senior management team implementing strategic and tactical human resource initiatives in support of the mission, vision and values for the organization. I have significant experience as a senior human resource leader within a complex teaching and medical center environment and demonstrated experience in creating a highly functional, progressive human resource organization. I understand what it takes to move a company from good to great. Excellence must be a priority. In order for service excellence to be achieved it requires a total cultural change.
