inside sales rep

well i have been in sales for over 6yrs and im a very intergetic person good with pepole.i would like to advance my career in sales i worked for non profit services for around 6 yrs all together.i raised money for the vets, firefighters and a anti drug programs for kids. and i was number 1 in credit card sales and i grossed the company well over a 100,000 grand a year.i was making 13hr plus bonus witch was took away from us about 8 months ago. on the 6th day of january 2011 he dropped the whole rooms pay to 9 a hr so i new i was going to have to find somthing better.the owner had a meeting on the 12th of january 2011 about his mgt being treated with respect and i was cursed by his mgt and so was alot of the employees that worked there so i stood up and said ive been verbally abused by ur mgt and his direct response to was shut up and i said u cant talk to me like that he said clock out ur fired i was three mths away from my 2nd vacation.
