Description
Design, develop, document, deliver, and maintain instructional course materials for wide range of technical and soft skills training. Apply instructional systems design methodology, developing training and client education products through interviews, surveys, web searches, and selecting / formulating instructional strategies. Expert creating slide presentations, flowcharts, and storyboards. Design and develop test instruments, evaluating and piloting new programs. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Managers, Directors, and clients.
