• Over 4 years of experience in IT with focus on Testing and Software Quality Assurance • Strong knowledge on all phases of SDLC Strong working knowledge of Software testing (Functional, Integration, System, Quality Metrics). • Experience as QA lead and involved in team development, budgeting, task allocation, monitoring, managing change • Worked in Asset Management, Wealth Managment, Fund Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Email Marketing, Business Intelligence • Experienced in complete QA Process from requirements gathering, test planning, writing test cases , executing test cases, defect tracking, performing tracability matrices, management and reporting • Has good experience in Mercury quality center, clear quest, QTP • Has good experience in Process and implementation onto the project development • Excellent communication skills and is able to work individually or as a Team member and liaise with business analyst and developers and participate in various team meetings • Extensive experience in coordinating testing effort, responsible for test deliverables, status reporting to management, issue escalations. • Programming knowledge in Java, Unix • Proficient in Jira
