To obtain a pharmaceutical position which allows me to assist my team in achieving/exceeding sales goals.My experience in supervising a team of seven members and assisting them to be better has always been my goal.To be able to remain as an asset to my team with my District Trainer Position, with my experience, I strongly believe that everyone learn differently and try to assist them the way that will work for each and every one of them. District Representative of the Year 2007 and 2008.Managed and responsible in adding our new drug to several formulary plans including, Kaiser Permanente, Facey Medical Group to name a few. I was a District Representative of the Year 2007 and 2008 and assist new team members as they transition, I believe everyone learns differently and trained them accordingly.I worked closely with the managers,account managers, Regional Directors, Medical Directors and Company trainers. I was selected to participate in the Management Training Program held on August 2004. The program was discontinued due to changes within the company.I was selected after only 3 years in the company due to my previous and continued success.I was responsible with training, recruiting, staffing, ensuring that the training programs I lead are compliant with the legal and federal requirements at every training program held all over the country. I launched every single product in our company with includes, promoting/selling anti-depressant, benzodiazapines, opiods,advance theraupetics and women's health care products.One of the few chosen to copromote with Pfizer and Ligand Pharmaceuticals. I am highly flexible. I was also the Specialist representative to the all colleges, Planned Parenthood, Hospital, Medical Groups, trained Kaiser Permanente medical providers as well. Assigned as a Managed Care Expert as well by other district. I was a lead trainer responsible for several conventions held in San Francisco, Colorado, Atalanta and more. I booked the hotel, organized the training rooms, 3 training rooms at a time, going from one to another and lastly choosing representatives to assist me. Recruited and recommended providers to do the training. Also, responsible for ensuring and handling any issues with the Key Opinion leaders in our district. My territory, started in Monterey, all the way up to Madera. I have the Ventura and Santa Barbara County, Kern County, Los Angeles County, Pasadena and everything in between as well as Beverly HIlls Are and its surrounding areas. Aside from promoting/selling/training/recruiting medical trainers, I also visited all the colleges in my territory and Planned Parenthood. I would like to continue to be successful in the Pharmaceutical Career which I consider as a career and would like to continue learning and eventually be able to lead a team.
