Labor Relations Manager
Dear Hiring Manager: I am currently seeking a number one HR Generalist/Manager/Director position for an organization seeking a dynamic and progressive Human Resources Leader. As you can see from my resume, I started a position with BAE Systems, Inc. in Louisville, KY in May, 2011. Unfortunately, in November 2011, BAE Systems North America announced the transition of all HR transactional functions including recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, etc to a centralized “shared services” function located in North Carolina. This change resulted significant reductions in both its salaried HR workforce across the entire US.
