Training Administrator
In my position of Training Administrator, I was responsible to ensure all areas of training are up to or surpassing all requirements of all our regulatory agencies. I rewrote the new hire orientation program to allow a smoother transition into the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. I author/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required. I have excellent communication skills, and strong computer knowledge including desktop programming. I was able to consolidate several individual processes into one secured desktop application using an Access database application. I implemented /administered a Training Tracking program to streamline training activities. I am always willing to take on new responsibilities and gain new knowledge. I worked for an Asst. Director and need little supervision while always keeping my superiors aware of my training activities and requirements. I would like to continue in this job path, with the ability to suggest and implement changes that would increase the effectiveness to employees in all departments.
