Billing Manager
I am a former Finance/Billing Manager for Verizon Business. My Department/Group was RIF'd. I want to continue to work in Finance/Billing in a challenging position. I have gone through several mergers/acquisitions in my career and change is nothing new to me. The Department/Group I worked in was the International Division of Verizon Business. We were like our own Company. The department had its own accounts receivable, collection, billing and revenue accounting groups. I worked with all. My Billing Area prepared the journal entries, accounts receivable entries and revenue accounting reports. I have worked with contracts and have dealt with global customers. I want a challenging Financial position that will use my background, knowledge and skills. I also would want the position to increase my knowledge and skills. I do not want to be stagnant.
