EXCUTIVE MANAGER/CHEF

Objective: To use my background and experience to improve the direct planning of all operations that control the Food and Beverage costs per/day, the assurance for proper staffing, payroll, training, purchasing, receiving, and storage of all stock. Introducing new computer programs, following state laws, federal laws, health codes, and be the first line responsibility for the security of the Food/Beverage Service. I would like to explain that I am a dominating team leader and even a better team member. I have a strong belief of achievement that is internally motivated, and I am driven for an insatiable need to improve, be proactive, along with being action oriented. I set high expectations and performance standards, and I never settle for less than the best. I am confident and optimistic that I can push other team members to higher levels of performance with my motivation, persistence, and conviction of a common goal. By using my common sense I am good initiator with my team members which this gives me the ability to effectively simplify complex problems and reach a solution that benefits the employer. My execution of responsibility, structure, safety, and direction gives me the courage to naturally confront conflict and take control of a situation. With thirty years in the Food Service Industry I have use my experience to compete and be successful in all fields of the business.
