Executive/Administrative Assistant for Government VIP and private executive's
I have a long and very good experience in the field of Executive Management supporting successfully the high level executive in government and private companies as well. Some of the most important duties of my position have been maintaining schedules and being able to coordinate schedules of other executives, preparing detailed travel itineraries for senior executive (President, Prime Minister, CEO), executive staff and clients when needed for the government or the company and maintaining travel and expense account records. Scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing international conferences and tet a tet meetings, greeting visitors, working on complex projects from inception to delivery, handling complex administration issues of a confidential nature requiring considerable use of discretion, preparing reports and agendas, correspondence or memoranda as well as producing graphics for presentation. I always get things done, no matter what difficulties I have to face. I have a very good experience also in managing and supervising big residences. For 5 years I have been in charge of a considered number of residences (15) and one former royal palace, leading and working with service staff to well maintain their efficiency and prepare the planed events. My ability to work with a team, coordinating, supervising its members or independently is very high.
