CollapseDescription

The majority of my professional work has been in service to those who are underserved or underrepresented. I am an advocate for positive change. I am fiercely client and student centered. I spent three years working in medical social work and four years serving as a state vocational rehabilitation counselor specializing in services to Native American clients. I have also worked extensively with children, people with AIDS, families in crisis as well as survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Education is the most potent tool I have been able to find to empower clients. Online education gives access to all and opens doors once closed to the clients and students I serve.
