I have progressed through the Human Resources functions, starting my career as a temporary compensation and benefits assistant, and moving rapidly to various compensation and benefits roles. I focused on benefits as a specialty for 3 years before moving into a new, more broad role as a HR Manager, and obtained my PHR Certification.
