Administration Assistant with following duties: ? Accounts Receivable & Payable ? Manage payroll: calculate and keep records to employee hours, rate of pay, and vacation time ? Record expenses applicable to each job to calculate job costing ? Job costing: record all time worked by each employee & invoices for each job ? Bank checkbook reconciliation ? Calculate business profit-loss balance information ? Manage human resources: make decisions on insurance purchased and calculate deductions for each employee, maintain expense accounts, loan accounts, and insurance deductions ? Manage purchasing division: maintaining the PO list, and accounting for all receivables; decision making on small orders. ? Assistant Sales: quotes, acknowledgments, RFQ’s ? Maintain all files ? Manage Motorsoft division of Fisher Electric single-handedly: accounting, purchasing, sales, customer service
