Credit/Collections Analyst III
Responsible for analyzing and researching customer’s receivables, account delinquency and determines the type of communication method to facilitate payment. Resolved disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts. Negotiates and ensures payment from the customers. Recognizes trends for nonpayment and resolves issues by engaging internal partners. Initiates the dispute resolution process with internal partners and follows issues to ensure resolution for the company and customer.
