Iam currently in a 100% commission based sales floor. Iam often in the top %5 in my department and consistantly are %80 or better in warrantys. My ultimate goal while Im at work is to delight every single customer I get at every chance. And by doing that

What Im looking for in a new career is one that can rely on me and in turn my family can rely on. I would be best set in a team or for in side sale or visiting clients. Im looking for a position that would allow me to get on a "human" level with my customers which interns allows me to create a larger relationship. I like a fast past enviroment, with others that have the same goals that I do. Its very important to me that everyone working together is on the same page of what they are trying to accomplish. I belive that trust in a department between co-workers is vital and only helps build the business, Idealy Ive beeb working weekends and would love to go back to a 9-5 so that I can spend that other time with my family.
