Experienced recruiter seeking corporate recruiting or human resources opportunity
I am seeking a position in human resources/recruiting with a large corporation. I am enrolled at DU and will graduate in 2010 with a Masters in Strategic Human Resources Administration. Currently, I work for a staffing organization where I manage the on-site operations for our largest client. I perform human resources management duties for my contract employees and act as a partner for my client's internal HR department. All hiring for this client flows through my office, from the initial approval process to the offer stage. This particular client recently implemented a hiring freeze and laid off all contractors, thus eliminating the need for my position. While I am still employed full-time, I do not think this on-site will be a permanent opportunity.
