I am willing to train and do just about anything

Hello, My name is Ivana Powers, and I am interested into getting a job that is suitable for me and my family needs. I am a stay at home mother, my husband is in the USMC. And I have 3 adorable boys ranging from the ages of 7,5,3. Two of my children are in elementary school but my 3 year old will be in pre school this coming up school year because he will be old enough to go. I am a people person. I love to help anyone out that is in need. I am looking for a great opportunity to help not only me out as well as my family but also the community as well. I did a 3 month course at kaplan university online for business, I went to Coastal Carolina Community College for some college certificates such as money smarts, and I took a typing course that helped me learn more with the computer as well. My family can say that once I put my mind to something then there isn't nothing standing in my way to complete my task. I would love to work in an office or be a secretary working with doctors and faxing over files. I can type at least 75 words per minute. And I am willing to train. I am a stay at home mother, I haven't had a job since my oldest son was basically born. I am willing to train and work under a good environment that is easily manageable. Where there is a flexible schedule and someone understanding about my situation about my husband being in the marine core, (and I know a lot of family members are in the military and have kids, I am not excusing anything.)
