It is a Not for profit organization helping processing and disbursement of FELP loans to students, from 500 + schools across USA, from 14 major US banks • Project involves organizing and managing a multi year re-architecture and re-development exercise for ELM products involving o SaaS model with service oriented architecture for delivery to clients on demand o Enterprise service bus using BizTalk 2008 to ensure highly configurable services running in parallel o LinQ to XML provider for custom data transformations on the fly o Concurrency and co-ordination runtime for scalable business and DAL o Web layer with AJAX, MVC and LINQ for lightweight calls o Silver light for enhanced user experience • Developed a change management process involving multiple waves of incremental improvement.
