Energy Manager and Facilities Director

I'm looking for a position that will allow me the opportunity to solve problems and create a comforable work enviroment for my employer by installing work methods and proceedures that will save money and protect asset quality. I want to fix building functional and cost problems for a large insitution that has substantial square footage. I intend on doing this by creating energy balancing solutions with both software and work procedural changes.
