- • Contributed to groundwork specifications regarding short and long-term objectives, and led virtual and classroom training initiatives for the countrywide rollout of the Chase Loan Center (CLC) loan origination system.
• Conducted gap analysis to identify all processes necessary and developed a working project plan for the various processes.

Fremont Investment and Loan

- • Analyzed, tested and led rollout of new loan origination system; NetOxygen (Gallagher LOS).
• Delivered system training to over 250 employees throughout 5 regional production centers, nationwide. Training encompassed underwriting, processing, data entry, appraisal review, closing protocols, post closing, loan delivery, and corporate, federal and industry compliance standards and requirements.
• Developed the initial training modules using Camtasia Studio that were distributed to all employees to give a good overview of the application and the various areas within the application. This was put onto the LMS that employees accessed at their workstation.
• Developed three stages of training for the rollout of NetOxygen. The first a program that the employees could go on to the LMS and watch when time permitted. The second stage of training was to develop additional modules that identified the various functions within the operation; processing, underwriting, loan closing and secondary marketing of the loans. The third stage was a weeklong classroom training that was only for the specific positions.
• Implemented “Meet Fremont Day” event presented to brokers on a quarterly basis. Presented information on originations, underwriting, and appraisal review, alongside company Vice President. This involved identifying the proper curriculum, assessments, job aids and developing the materials.
• Worked with senior management in the assessment of training needs, and in the recommendation of high performance programs for each center. Reviewed and updated manuals, materials and presentations used by trainers. Ensured curriculum was up-to-date with current industry standards and emerging technologies.
• Utilized a variety of educational tools/mediums, including virtual training, classroom education, and WebEx conferencing. Provided ongoing technical support and distance training following each program’s completion via modules on the LMS or via virtual training of various groups.
