  • Reorganized the sales, recruiting and manpower tracking infrastructure resulting in net profits doubling in 6 months. Expanded the geographic market to include Michigan, achieving additional billings of 10 million dollars. Repositioned a subsidiary in Indiana moving the subsidiary from a monthly loss of $100,000 to a net monthly profit in excess of $150,000.
