I won what is called a Silver Rose award. It is a prize for Broadcasting in Buenos Aires, Argentina, given to radio stations with a social purpose. I am proud to say that in the last years I have worked for a very solid company, Tribune, as an editor. a position that let me room to grow professionally in areas such a politics and social issues, like immigration. I also have participated in a volunteer program teaching immigrants basic computer skills in Los Angeles. That participation was one of the most rewarding things that happened to me last year. Having the chance to teach someone and see him grow and evolve made me fell fulfilled. |

- • Establishing a daily budget with the news content for two markets (Chicago and Los Angeles) in the International Section.
