I have a combined total of 20 years of experience as a wastewater, sewer systems, industrial pretreatment and bio-solids supervisor for contract operations and local government. Highlights:

In 2003 recipient of highest performance rating and merit increase as Laboratory Director for the Town of Hillsborough. Spearheaded the investigation into the cause of the nitrogen cycle interruption at the Triangle Wastewater Treatment Plant. This event occurred once a year, but was unpredictable and caused a complete disruption of the biological treatment at the facility. My investigation produced new threshold limits on the nitrogen process testing, new influent flow isolation procedures and alternative treatment methods.
