I have managed operations globally in Costa Rica, Philippines ,India and US with multiple suppliers and a diverse group of management teams. You will notice from my resume, I have spent an extensive part of my career building expertise in Operations Management, Cost Reduction Strategies, Customer Management and Quality Improvements, Business Reengineering, Vendor Governance, SLA and Day-to-Day Operations management, Vendor Contract Management and Productivity Improvements.
