A job. A challenge. I hate sitting idle, if I have no work I will ask others if they need help, I enjoy training to make sure we all know as much about our company and product as possible. I love the creative and detail oriented process of starting with a desire to sell a product and watching it turn into a successful campaign. I am one of the people who would rather do too much than too little.
