Architectural Project Manager

My career of over twenty years with one firm defines a consistent growth pattern in the field of Architecture, initially as a degreed intern and promoted through the ranks to an executive management position as a Registered Architect and Project Manager. My experience with major regional center projects has provided me the opportunity to lead significant architectural design teams and construction administration of projects across the United States. My involvement on these projects typically requires a two year commitment, from the initial conceptual studies through to project completion, with architectural construction values of up to $100 million. I have also performed as a proficient leader of design teams in a variety of other office studio types with the firm, including; office buildings, education, healthcare and hospitals, commercial, civic, mixed-use, and multi-family and high-rise residential projects, experienced in both renovation and new construction. As a senior architect, I’ve successfully led, scheduled and coordinated design and consultant teams from the schematic planning, through design development, construction document, and construction administration phases of the project. I have significant experience in building systems design development, (versed in current technologies, building codes and ADA requirements), including pre-construction services and project close-out. As a project manager and a firm executive, I have enhanced client relationships and quality assurance levels while coordinating the project team efforts. My experience includes successful execution of contractual budget obligations and timely project delivery by encouraging the sense of team accomplishment and contribution. I would like to apply my knowledge and experience in a new position.
